Soft Studio Co., Ltd. ("we") treats protecting your privacy as a core responsibility in providing Mamorunder ("the App"). This Privacy Policy ("the Policy") explains how the App and this website handle personal information.

2. Data Collected and Purpose
We collect the following five categories, as declared in App Store Connect's App Privacy section. All data is handled "not linked to the user" and "not used for tracking".

Device IDs (FCM tokens) are not actually collected in v1.0.0 because push notifications are disabled. Collection will begin when remote notifications are enabled in v1.1 or later.
3. Data Stored Only on Device (Not Transmitted)
The following data stays on your device and is never sent to servers.
- Tasks (title, memo, due date, start time, notification settings, repeat settings)
- Categories, Effort Point balance, theme settings
- Morning check-in and evening reflection content
Storage: on-device Core Data (iOS) / Room (Android). iCloud sync is not performed in v1.0.0.
4. Partner / Supporter Feature (Firestore)
An optional feature that lets family or partners register tasks for each other. Data is shared via Firebase Firestore only when the user explicitly issues or enters an invite code.
- Task title, category, date/time, and completion state
- Invite code and pairing information
Service used: Cloud Firestore provided by Google LLC. No data is transmitted if this feature is not used.
5. External Service Integrations (Optional)
The following integrations work only when explicitly enabled by the user.
- Google Calendar: two-way sync with tasks (OAuth authentication)
- Notion: two-way sync with tasks (OAuth authentication)
Disabling the integration stops all transmission and sync.
6. AI Feature Details
This app uses the Claude API provided by Anthropic, PBC (United States) via Firebase Cloud Functions to power our AI features. AI features are activated only when the user explicitly invokes them.
6.1 AI features and what is sent
- AI task breakdown: the title and notes of the target task are sent.
- Mamorun chat (AI conversation): the conversation history, the current concern, related goal information, and the web-search permission flag are sent.
- Voice task parsing: the transcribed task text is sent.
- Daily plan suggestion: the day's open task list and progress information are sent.
- Daily reflection: the day's completed tasks and mood notes are sent.
- Onboarding-based context: profile information voluntarily provided in onboarding (age range, occupation, family setup, isChild flag) may be included to improve the relevance of AI responses.
6.2 What we do NOT send
We do NOT send your name, email address, phone number, device identifiers, location data, or any other personally identifiable information to the AI service.
6.3 Recipient and protection
The recipient is Anthropic, PBC(a Delaware, USA corporation). Anthropic's enterprise Claude API terms commit that submitted data is not used to train their models, and we operate under those terms. Firebase Cloud Functions (Google LLC) acts only as a relay and does not retain content for AI purposes.
6.4 User consent
The first time you use an AI feature, the app shows a consent dialog summarizing the data sent and the recipient (Anthropic) and links to this Privacy Policy. We obtain your explicit consent before any AI request is made. Your consent is stored locally on the device, and you can review or revoke it any time from Settings.
AI features are optional. If you do not consent or revoke consent, AI features are disabled, but all core functionality of the app (task registration, notifications, partner sharing) remains fully available.
7. Tracking
- We do not perform tracking for advertising purposes.
- We do not display the ATT (App Tracking Transparency) dialog.
- We do not share advertising IDs with third parties.
8. Permissions
- Notifications: required to deliver reminders.
- Speech recognition / microphone: only when voice input is enabled by the user.
- Siri: only when Siri Shortcuts integration is enabled by the user.
- Calendar: only when Google Calendar integration is enabled.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
- On-device data: deleted when the app is uninstalled.
- Partner-shared data on Firestore: deleted for the corresponding user when pairing is dissolved.
- Data sent to AI: governed by Anthropic Claude API's policy (the data is not used for model training).

10. Children's Privacy
This app is rated 4+ but is not specifically designed for children. The partner/supporter feature is intended for family communication only.
In accordance with COPPA (U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Policy Changes
When this policy is revised, we will notify users through in-app announcements and by posting on this page. For material changes, we will provide adequate notice before the effective date.

Purposes of use are stated above. We do not provide personal data to third parties except as entrusted to the third-party services listed in this policy or as required by law. Requests to disclose, correct, or suspend use of personal data can be submitted via the contact channel above.
United States — California (CCPA/CPRA)
Categories of data collected are as stated in Section 2. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information). Deletion requests can be submitted via the contact channel above.
Regions Currently Not Served
At this time, the EU and mainland China are outside our service area. Accordingly, we do not support EU GDPR or China PIPL requirements.
