These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mamorunder mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Soft Studio Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The Service is a mobile application that provides task management, reminders, and AI-assisted task support for people with ADHD and their families.
The Service is not a medical device. It is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Please consult a physician for the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
The Service can generally be used without account registration. Some features (such as partner/supporter) require issuing or entering an invite code.
Users under 13 must use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
3. Fees
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Prices, billing timing, renewal, and cancellation follow the terms of the App Store and Google Play platforms.
After any trial period, subscriptions automatically convert to paid. You can cancel from your platform subscription management screen.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to engage in the following:
- Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Reverse-engineering or analyzing the Service
- Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
- Unauthorized access or misuse of accounts
5. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use the Service only within the scope of our license.
6. Changes and Suspension of the Service
We may change, add, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from such actions.
7. Disclaimers
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
AI-generated suggestions are for reference only. The decision to act on them is entirely your responsibility.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect upon in-app announcement or posting on our website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hiroshima District Court as the court of first instance.
